What is your return policy for retail customers?
1. If you have an item you believe to be defective, please return it to the store where you purchased it for refund or replacement.
2. a. If it is outside the stores return period or they cannot exchange it for you, you may return it to our warehouse for a replacement
if it is within 1 year of your original purchase. We will not refund your purchase price.

With your item please also include your name, address and daytime telephone number, as well as a copy of your original receipt for your
purchase, and $5.00 for return shipping.
3. Since our warranty is for manufacturer's defects only, any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear
are not covered. These causes do not warrant replacement under our policy. Items sent to us that are not defective under these
guidelines will be returned to the customer.
What is the warranty on your products?
All of our products are warrantied against manufacturers defects for up to one year.
Can you monogram or screen print baggallini bags and totes?
Almost all of our bags can be screen printed or embroidered. We offer both of these services to our retail customers. We have a 60
piece minimum and normally require 2-3 weeks for production and shipping from the time artwork is approved. Set up charges and monogram
charges vary, please call 1-800-259-0417 for more information.
Can I order an alternate strap for my bagg?
Unfortunately, we do not offer alternate straps for our baggs. They only come with the straps they are originally designed with.
Can I get a replacement strap if mine is broken?
We have replacement straps for some of our baggs. If you let us know which bagg you have and what color and fabric it is and we may be able to send you a new strap.
If you are not sure the name of your bagg you can look at our website where you will find all of current styles.

I received a bagg as a gift but I want to exchange it. Can I do that through you?
Unfortunately, we are a wholesale only company and are not set up to process retail exchanges.
If you need to exchange your gift you would need to do that at the store/company where it was purchased.
I see your products are made in China. What do you do to ensure fair working conditions?
All of our products are made in China and it is very important to us that safe labor conditions and fair practices are always upheld.
We do have our own sourcing office in China that works directly with our factories. They conduct quarterly inspections of these factories to
ensure that the working conditions are safe and fair. They also conduct quarterly tests of all hardware and fabric to ensure that everything is lead-free,
as this is also an important concern to us. We are also C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certified which means we comply with the
US Governments standards to ensure that our shipments out of China are safe from tampering during the exporting process.
Part of this certification process included inspections of all of the factories that we work with to ensure safe and fair working conditions for all employees.
We assure you that we do take fair work practices very seriously and while our products are made oversees we do have our own staff in
China working to ensure that acceptable standards are met for everyone involved in the process of making our products.
I am looking for one of your baggs, but I don't see it on your website anymore. Is it still available?
We do our very best to keep our website up to date so if you cannot find an item here it is most likely because it is now discontinued and we are no longer offering it.
We do try to keep our line new and innovative so this means styles are phased out from time to time and other new styles are added.
Cleaning instructions
We recommend hand washing all of our items with a mild detergent or dish soap. This should be perfect for an all over cleaning.
We do not recommend machine washing. If you have a spot or stain you may want to visit a dry cleaner before applying any cleaning solutions to the bagg.
They should be able to help you determine the exact stain and how best to remove it.
If you still choose to machine wash your item any damages that result would not be covered by warranty.
