Baggallini totally ROCKS! I knew I loved the baggs (I have 6 purses and 2 backpacks) but now I love you all for your outstanding service! I wrote a few weeks back to ask where I could buy a new strap for my
lovely new On the Town Bagg (tomato/mango - yummy!)- my puppy chewed
through it when I'd had the bag only a week or two - and you all just
SENT me a replacement! Gratis! THAT is customer care! I love the styles,
I love the materials, I love the wide variety of options. I love that I
can carry everything I need on my daily travels without effort. I love
Baggallini! It is so nice to know that you care as much about what you
produce as you do about the people you produce them for. Keep up the

A few years ago my daughter in-law gave me a bagallini for my birthday.
I then purchased several other bags too. I love all my bags and it seems whenever I go shopping somone comments
on my bag and asked what name it is. I have quite a few other no name bags that are in my garage sale because
my Bagallini is the only one I LOVE and USE everyday. They look like new for ever and the many compartments are wonderful.

I purchased my first baggallini, the around town bagg, March
2010. It is light weight, stylish, and I finally have a place for
everything. I no longer have to hunt through my purse for items.

Thank you for your day tripper. I have looked for two years for such a design. Most bags are too wide and when attached to a 22"
bag they sway and hit every arm rest in the aisle. I love the bright inside color and all the compartments. Congratulations for being the
smart ones to design a truly useful bag.

I wanted to thank you for producing such great bags. I appreciate that they are durable and well-designed to hold and organize
what I need, and that they are also attractively sleek and chic, without the ostentatious fussiness of most of the bags I see. I now own my third
baggallini bag, including the expandable tote, the small zipper bag, and now the large zipper bag, and I can admit that I'm completely hooked.

Just purchased the "zipper bag" and just love it. I have worn crossbody bags for a number of years but they are hard to find.
When I saw your display at a store near me, Revays's in East Windsor, Ct. I was thrilled! I really had no intention of buying (unemployed --first
time ever) and didn't want to spend the money..but I did!! Just bought it on Friday and have already received a number of
compliments and inquires as to where it was purchased. You have a FAN!!! Thank you for a wonderful product.

I wanted to let you know how much I love your bags! I just
received my 10th bag, Capri Bagg, it is so cute. Also just received the
New Yorker and love it. My only problem is which one to use! Needless
to say, I change purses a lot. But because of the organization it's so
easy to change baggs when I want to. I'm now looking forward to new
styles coming again!!! Keep these baggs coming.

I am 60 years old and a purse fanatic. I own Coachs Dooneys
ect. I must say after all these years I found and purchased my first
Baggallini purse. I have now found the perfect purse. In this economy it
has been difficult to splurge on a new purse (I am a Realtor) and am so
glad I treated myself to this bag. I will tell all my friends and

I just wanted to tell you about an adventure experienced
yesterday by one of your black Teene Baggatini purses that I purchased
at AAA in Pottstown PA in July 2007. I went for a ride with friends in a
small Cessna airplane yesterday. I apparently dropped my Bag while
climbing into the backseat of the airplane and didn't notice at the
time. As we were taking off from the runway, the friend in the left
front seat, also a pilot, looked out and saw my bag hanging by its strap
from the step of the plane. (At the same time, other pilots on the
ground also saw it and radioed up to us that something was hanging off
the wheel.) We immediately landed (in total, we probably went about a
mile from the airport, about 1000 feet in the air, at a speed of perhaps
90 mph tops.) The Bag was blowing and twisting in the wind the entire
time, and when we landed (at probably 65 mph), it had to drag along on
the concrete runway and blacktop taxi way behind the airplane for about
1000 feet or more until we pulled off the active runway and got stopped.
When retrieved, the Bag is still usable, barely roughed up, and 85% of
the contents were still inside. I don't what is more amazing - the
contents staying in, or the fabric AND strap withstanding the abuse. To
make it more amazing, late last evening, a policeman from a neighboring
town came to the door with almost everything that that fallen out of the
Bag - discovered in a field nearby when the owners were walking their
dog yesterday afternoon - - but THAT's another story! Although it's
hardly scuffed, I'll probably replace the Bag with one in a brighter
color so that I'll notice it more readily when I drop it the next time!

I just want to let you know that I am a first-time customer. I
discovered your products, via ebags.com. My husband and I will be
going to Disney World, in June. I found a very helpful website
(mousesavers.com), which suggested having some type of backpack for
taking into the parks. Here is exactly what they say, "Alternatively,
consider a small backpack/daypack. As long as it's small and squishy
enough, you can probably cram it in beside you on any rides that don't
provide storage space for personal items. A favorite of many Disney park
fans is the Baggallini Messenger Sling Bag, which is sort of a backpack
hybrid with lots and lots of pockets and compartments, including an
outer mesh pocket that's perfect for a water bottle. eBags carries this
bag in many colors at a very good price". Today, I received my Messenger
Bagg (in red); after seeing it up close, I am so glad that I did. The
suggestion from mousesavers.com, along with the reviews at ebags.com
helped me make this decision. Thanks for your time.

Baggallini products and I love their look, function and flexibility! I
am a Professional Organizer and have recommended your bags to most of my
female clients although the biggest selling point seems to be that I am
using your product! The thought behind the organization of your bags is
fantastic and I'm picky. Your bags are intuitive to use and seem to
address every need that I have whether packing just my small cell
phone/pda case for a short walk to the store or my Barcelona Bag for the

I just discovered you and bought 3 bags!! I love them! It's
hard to buy bags without touching and feeling (and unsnapping and
unzipping) - but I started looking on the web as I was getting ready for
a trip to Paris (and you know all about purses and Paris and
PickPockets!) Anyway - I love all 3 bags - they were worth every penny
and I can't wait to add more (and I'm someone who buys a purse only

I bought 2 bag's for me and hubby 2 yrs ago for a month in
Spain and haven't changed bags since. Mine's been everywhere incl Met
Opera, Met Museum, Bway plays. It's like a 3rd arm or 2nd heart,I love
