baggallini offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the bags. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. A manufacturing defect may include:
- - Stitching issues
- - Broken zippers or hardware
- - Logo placement issues
- - Removable straps issues
If the defect to the product is covered under this warranty, baggallini will replace the product, if it is available in stock. If we no longer carry the product, we can substitute for a similar item.
Please contact Customer Service via email or at 800.628.0321 to submit visual proof of the defective product, including your name, email address, ship to address, daytime phone#, product item, color and description of the defect. If available, please scan and send a copy of the original packing slip. Customer Service will review the visual proof to determine if a replacement will be processed.
baggallini does not accept defective returns to the warehouse and does not assume any responsibility to these purchases. If your bag has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service at 800.628.0321 with the information regarding the defect. If you purchased at an independent retailer or department store, please return your item to that store.
For allover cleaning, we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent or dish soap. We do not recommend machine washing. If you have a spot or stain, you may want to consult a professional dry cleaner before applying any cleaning solutions to the handbag. If you still choose to machine wash your handbag any damages that result would not be covered by warranty.
