share what they love most about their moms and what they love about being moms.

“My mom taught me how to bake a cake, how to catch a lightning bug, exactly how much hot sauce to put on a taco, the lyrics to almost every Motown song. She taught me to drive a car by steering what I could see and trusting that the rest would follow, which now seems like a metaphor for almost everything in life. She taught me how to be independent, how to make a decision, how to stand up for what I believe. My mom taught me how to be a mom, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I hope that someday Grayson will say the same.”
