Baggallini COVID-19 Donation Event


INTRODUCTION

The baggallini® COVID-19 Donation event is sponsored by Baggallini Inc., 13405 Yarmouth Road, Pickerington, OH 43147 (“BG”). You understand that you are providing your information to BG. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Event should be directed to the baggallini.com. Participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and the decisions of BG, which are legally binding and final on matters relating to this Event. The Event is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws.


The event begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on April 9, 2020 and ends at 2:59 a.m. ET on May 21, 2020 ("Event Period"). This Event is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All eligibility is subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.


HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Visit baggallini.com to make a purchase. For every purchase of $50.00USD (fifty) or more, BG will donate one bag to a healthcare worker or organization. The bag donated will be chosen at BG’s discretion. BG reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event, in its sole discretion, and to donate the items based on availability.


BG is not responsible if an item is lost or stolen.


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All participants agree to release and forever discharge BG and their affiliates, and the respective employees, directors, and officers of the foregoing entities (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever claimed to be arising out of the Event. Released Parties and their agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Event-related material. Released Parties reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Event.


GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION:

The Event is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in Ohio if the controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation.
